Bah I sent my card back and the turn around was within a week which would all be great if the card they sent me worked! After 10-20 minutes it just goes to a black screen and crashes. This can be in the operating system or a game or video. 8800gts oc sent off and same model back but refurbished. Now they won't reply to any emails (also tried jeff). Ended up buying an xfx hd4890 as was tired of being without a computer and all nvidia chips seem to be dying!

Well this is ceratianly not encouraging. My 9800 GX2 died last night and waiting on a response from BFG. Seems that if and when they get around to replying, there is a good chance I'll get a broken card as a replacement? Couldn't have happened at a worse time of year...oh well.

Well some good new at last! A replacement has finally shipped. I assume its still coming from the US but I havn't been given a tracking number so time will tell!

My GTX 280 OC died on me a couple of days ago. Emailed BFG using the contact form yesterday and got a reply within a couple of hours telling me email back with my details and card serial number etc so they could set up the RMA. Havn't heard anything yet. Was hoping I could get it sent off this week and maybe have something sorted before christmas.

Just curious, for those who have sent theirs back to BFG, is it a UK warehouse where you ship the faulty card to or straight to the states?

And apparently my replacement..is out for delivery today, weird as it never showed up on the tracker, even late last night.

Time to break out the crucifix and exorcise it of its demons before plugging it in methinks..

the GPUs are on short supply, your better off getting it from the USA like did...Jeff sent it on monday and i got it on wednesday, special 2 day delivery(priority)Brand new in the box:)

My 9800 gx2 died too, I Rma'd to Wales and got a 280 gtx oc from america sent back. That didnt work either ,(fan wouldnt spin). So that is now on Rma too.
The card didnt even look new, had scratches underneath and marks so I am in the way of thinking is that they send ex rma'd cards out which have been (supposedly) repaired.
It's not good, i have been withoutmy card for nearly a month now. Cant fault the service to get the card in, but the outcome has not been a good experience.
I wish I could get hold of the BFG guy on here so he may explain more, maybe i am wrong???

Well my new replacement arrived, a single pcb version as well. Im currently preparing the altar to exorcise the card before its installed.

99% chance it will be borked..knowing your luck.:p

Im begiinning to wonder wtf is going on myself. People have been mentioning my psu but it ran 2 3870x2's flawlessly, the 295 is not gona have even near the power draw they had.

The first 2 cards were definately borked before i got them, 1 had a gpu dead and the second had faulty ram, the third card was more of a "wtf" moment to say the least, but that being said it was having issues in crysis as soon as i got it installed.

Gonna slap this in after dinner and see what happens.

I recently sent my 8800GTX in for RMA, got one back which i think was a refurb, it suffered the same fate and i am now in the process of sending that back. Was thinking i could get it back before christmas but its looking doubtful, received a much slower response this time round.

Ok cards installed, only tried crysis so far but its still giving that weird stuttering issue wher it'll be running fine then everything will slow way down for several seconds before speeding up. Gonna give mw2 a try though that was always running fine even with the last card.
