Decided I want to build a bike now, but I want to go (or stay rather!) with hardtail. I'm on a bit of a budget, and tbh riding rough stuff on a hardtail doesn't phase me one bit. Im still on a RR 8.1 at the moment, and I'm doing stuff that's a bit out of its league.

I want a bike that will do the uplift days and still pedal round the usual trail centres. I want to run a 160mm fork on it, and the frame should really be steel. The frames that I can see that would do the job of being a hassle free, SLACK hardtail frame are:

Ragley Bagger
Cotic BFe
BTR Belter (probably out of price range and too DH?)

Any others you guys can think of?

Look no further than the Production Privee Shan.
