Its this but was a warranty replacement for my T-120, any of the parts compatable from my T-120 went on to the new frame (cassette, rear mech, wheels).

Jockey wheels are quite a way out, chain was flying off in the low gears.

Your mech is dead unless you manage to straighten it up, which wont be easy!

Gave the mega some tlc today. The new bushes come from chain reaction, I only ordered them yesterday at around lunch with free delivery.

The old worn wobbly bushes:

Hacksaw couldnt touch the bushes:

The dewalt did though

Every bearing in the linkages and swingarm looked like this:

Luckily plenty of grease and rolling got them feeling smooth again. I checked my canyon bearings not long ago and there still like new, even though its had 4 years of pure abuse, jet washes, UK winters and not looking after. The Germans know there bearings aye.

Got rid of the sram xo/mrp guide and tensioner seeing as I got a clutch mech and narrow wide ring as its just noisey and collects dirt like a womble.

Not 100% sure yet. Probably somewhere around 9am because I'm staying at a friend's place and he has to get to work.

I'll warn you though, I only have 3 months experience and I'm unfit/slow

Took me 3 hours to ride Blade today, but that damn trail is ALL climbing! The final descent is insane though. Poo'd myself more than once.

Hard to tell from that photo but it could still be the hanger that is bent, if not both. Looks twitsted? Might be worth getting the hanger checked at the least.

Capra Comp 1. Ordered it in July

27.5 in wheels, carbon fibre, 1x11, SRAM X01, 160mm Pikes... spot on for me really.

Possible overkill for the UK and even my riding abilities, but I'm not slow and hoping I can get better in the air with this than the old Enduro. (read bigger whips)
