Usually avoid it like the plague, because the landing is on an upwards transition and the slower way around. Not entirely sure why I wanted to go for it, because it really is crap.
Am i blind? I can't see any jump in that video
Cow is that you riding? What accent is that?
South African![]()
Didn't realise it was that jump in FOD. I also had a very close call on it the other month where my back end slid out on take off and I landed so sideways I put my foot through the bottom of my shoe! Its a horrible jump, was quite a nice jump back in 09/10 as I had that in my mind when I hit it.. Oh how times have changed !
Back from a few days away biking. Rode Dalbeattie on Monday. Forgot how technical it is. The skinnies aren't skinny any more. Probably a good thing. 17c and dry...what was going on?
Tuesday. Complete wash out...went shopping instead.
Today Ae. Quite worn in places but still brilliant fun. 4c. That's more like it.![]()
Decided we need to make more of an effort to ride further away trails more often. Especially when they are this good.![]()

Anyone doing the Evans Cycles "Ride It" event in Biggin Hill today?
Just about to set off myself. Aiming to do the long route which is 33 miles, and 3200ft of elevation. Will make a change from doing trail centres if anything!
