I know I know!
Swore high and low that I'll never , ever,.... EVER use their stuff, particularly after feeling the vile atrocity that is the Fox34 ... but I demo rode a new 36 that's had a Mojo treatment, and it was as good as my Devilles... and I had to have them :p

A few years old now. Have looked after them so in no rush to get newer ones. I have ridden the new ones, not mojo'd granted, and they felt pretty sweet. Enjoy. :)

If it's as good, and no doubt more expensive why change?

No guaranteed support in Australia. Marzocchi's support is also not the greatest out there, so going Rockshox or Fox is the best option.

Also one of the factors for getting the Giant Reign

Any of you good people had a play on the Bird Aeris yet?

Would love a demo but it's around 6 hour round trip. I'm umming and arring over the sizes as I'm just shy of 6ft.
I Had a go on a 2015 Nukeproof TR pro which was nice and slack - large seemed to fit nicely but the Bird's have the same head angle however they generally seem a bit longer so would a medium be best?

I test rode one just before Xmas and have subsequently ordered an Aeris.RS :)

I'm 5ft 10" and the large is perfect for me.

Thanks. hovering over the buy button, just got to decide which model now - could be a long day :)

It took me weeks and weeks to decide on which model. I ordered the frame on 03 October and made my mind up on 16 December. After the test ride I decided to just go mental and order the RS because I'm not a big fan of upgrading afterwards.

I'm sure you'll love the bike. If you can go for a test ride, try to do it during the week because their test rides on Saturdays are limited to 3.5 hours and it's not really enough time to do the full blue and red trails at Swinley Forest when you factor in the travelling, getting ready etc.

I'm looking to get back into riding trails after almosdt 10 years of just commuter cycling.
Which bikes could you reccommend? I'm looking to spend about 2000.

I was initially looking at the commencal hip hop 2 but I have heard mixed reviews, and being 6,2 it might be a bit low in the handlebars from what I have read.

Buy this one in stead!

PLenty of cash left to buy a dropper, or new bars that feel right.
