Yeh lower rolling resistance on the ralph, perfect for local riding (apart from certain places where the clay/mud is a foot deep at the moment). I have another nic for the rear though for our coed y brenin trip in a couple of months.
Standard non UST but I'm running them tubeless with some stans sealant, works a treat and no punctures
oh man, just been out for ride and our little run has been trashed, all the north shore stuff has been ripped down along with the 7ft jump (btw I never tried that one) loads of stuff dumped in landing areas of the what jumps are left
Some twit hurt himself on one of my old local North shore trails and sued the Forresty commision, as a result...no more investment in the whole country due to being afraid of being sued!
He broke an arm or something along those lines. I was gutted when I found out as there was soo many plans for development at the time, that plus the recession means no more investment unless it is privatly funded. Oh well, Glentress will have to do!
DAFF (Department of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries) fund all the trails and DH tracks over here providing they can get insurance. They're going to be building another DH track at South Barrule once they get the insurance, should be done by the summer with a bit of luck.
