I've not used that site but if you goto Settings and Show Elevation you should see it.SDK, how did you get the little route profile? I've been messing about on the mapmyfitness.com site and can't seem to get it quite right.
Why the need to change a few bits to carbon? Save weight?
A number of things can be changed including, seat post, bars, rear mech and even hubs I think.

I can 100% guarantee that after a long ride with a carbon seat post your bottom will still be sore. Looks cool though.
