Assuming your bottome bracket is square taper then yes it will fit but the one you posted is 170mm whereas the replacement you posted is 175mm so that could be quite funky!
Quick question for you lot,
What kind of footwear do you use for flat pedals? Some kind of skate trainer? Quite padded with a firm sole or a decent pair of cycling shoes?
Can anyone guide me on how to service my Hope pro 2 rear hub. It spins perfectly fine but the clicking isnt very loud. Is there any thing wrong with it?

I ask the question as I've got a pair of Black Adidas Morka's. As you can see, the sole is thin and not that wide in the center. Even on my 'worn' flat pedals, my feet are starting to hurt after a couple of miles. I mostly wear them whilst travelling to and from work.
Ta very much![]()
Having used 5.10s, i can safely say they aint as good as people make out. They do grip fine yes, but they fall apart quickly (mine aint lasted a year). Which isnt good when your paying £70+ for them! Towards the end of last year i started using my old mike 6.0s. I loved them so much i went out and bought a new pair of £35 and ive been using them. Tons of grip, even on the standard pedals that came with my session. And even if i buy two pairs in a year, still works out same price as 5.10s!
use a bmx headset that you know and trust ? iWhat would be the most suitable headset for my '07 Kona Stuff? I dirt jump and XC.

Any thoughts appreciated, my BMX background isn't helping me this time.
FSA Pig's are probably the best value out there. Depends what you want though.

I am looking for advise on MTB tyres, I need a new set and not sure which to go for. Being in central Scotland I use the red routes at Glentress and Innerleven weekly and visits to the other XC tracks that are part of the 7stanes. I currently use a Scott hardtail although planning to get a full suspension bike this year.
As others have said, go for the Pig. It wont let you down! But it may weigh you down![]()
