Cadence sensor from a Garmin GPS.

There's a section of the hacked seatpost which has dropped down into the wider butted ST and I don't have anything suitable to try and remove it. The owner will have to cope :D

Bit of expanding foam to stop it rattling around and you'll be fine :p

Gimme ur email addy and ill pm you my phone number Supercow! Would be good to go out riding with you.. hopefully all my bad luck has gone! :D

not been into MTBing for a while but am building up a hardtail for freeride/bit of downhill with mainly strength in mind (i come from bmx where i break a lot of things)

can anyone give me the low down on what forks to look out for and which ones too avoid

have mainly been looking at marzocchi 66 forks but is there any similar priced alternatives ? i will probably be going down the ebay/2nd hand route

If you're going for a 2nd hand 66, the '07 RC2X or maybe the '09's RC3 are the ones to go for, probably best to avoid an '08 model as they had lots of issues.

Just started the process of getting a KHS XTC555 via the Cycle Scheme. So far Steve at KHS has been very helpful and has already taken my measurements ready to get the bike set up (a shorter stem for starters...)

Can't wait but I get a feeling the bureaucracy of any Government scheme is going to take ages!!!

cheers ill keep a look out for those models. ive given up for now though and just bought some cheapo drop offs because theres no decent 66 on ebay and hasnt been for the last few weeks. its would kill me not being able to ride a bike which only lacks forks:p

if i dont find any by summer ill probably give in and buy new :o
