Grrrrrr. Chain for my single speed arrived today, only it's about half a link too short for even the smallest ring combination. Sometimes I feel as if this bike will never be finished.

This was on 48x15. There was no chance with the 16, 17 and 18. Ordered another chain to dice and splice. Hope it's here for the weekend.

Also want to put a pannier rack on but with 122mm rear spacing it's a bit narrow for my current.
