Looks like quite a slack head angle on the Handjob there, how does it handle tight singletrack and the like?

Also, how tall are you?! I thought I was lanky at 6'5...

well the head angle can be changed on the handjob so its good for any riding really. and im 6ft 3 but have a 36 inch inner leg. and i like small frames lol

I've always been a fan of small frames too, but I've just bought my first proper XC bike and had to go with a 20" frame as the others were just too short.

I need to get some pics sorted actually, it's a 2005 Marin Palisades Trail, which I've just got some Hope Mono Minis and RockShox Tora forks for. When it's not raining it keeps trying to snow here at the mo though so not taken her out properly yet.

New bike - collected it today :D  :D

I've got Reba Teams on my hardtail and have been very happy with them. Not the longest travel but tried, tested and <Ronseal> IMHO

Rockshox have really got back on form in the past 12 months. The Rebas, Revelations etc are getting good reviews all round.

Hey guys would like a bit of help... last year i wrecked my bike and i think its about time i get a new frame and forks... im bit out of touch as to *** to get i have about £400 pounds for forks and £800 pounds for frame i need a rear shock to... does anyone have any suggetions or could anyone point me in the direction of a decent shop?? im sure we can post shops on here its not gonna be a competitor is it thanks :)

Used to ride a Saracen Killi Team back in 98, prolly one of the best hard tail bikes i've used.

Also had a Kona Stinky 1999 (Bright Yellow one)

Used to read MBUK years back, the classic mint sauce on the back cover....

Hmm, they're either 100 or 115 depending on which year they're from. tbh, you're not going to get much more travel than that before you start messing up the geometry of the bike.

Well, this is my baby

If you're talking to me Breamy, then it's about 23 to 24 lbs, however new mavic d321s added a bit of weight over the 717s and I switched to Hone from XT cranks, which added oohhhh, 60 grams lol :D

So has anyone here test ridden a Cove Stiffee? I'm tempted to change frame, but not sure if I want to part with £500. In saying that, unless I buy a Whyte 46 or a G- Spot, I don't think i'm interested in a full susser

looking for a mountain bike, $300 is my budget(thats 300 pound but my pound sign is broke) just want front suspension, just want a decent bike to get me to and from college and other bike rides
