Last year i had a HBA1c test with a result of 76
I refused to have any treatment and told my Dr i would be fix it and i do not want a type 2 diagnoses on my medical records.
4 months later 105kg down to 85kg and a HBa1c of 46.
Dr was shocked... I've not reversed it as i still get spikes but i'm controlling it with diet. I wont be happy until its reversed.
My diet is mostly a fasting diet. I'll have a Latte at home in the morning then wont eat until 9pm'ish which would be chicken with a dry rub or similar. I'd guess around 800 calories a day. But with some Carb cycling. The first few weeks my energy levels were all over the place but now I'm fine. Suppose my body is still getting the calories it needs. Just from the fat stores not the Pizza's
I do notice if i've not taken my supplements though. So i need to add in some more healthy options rather than just proteins.
Its a bit extreme but its working for me and to be honest not much different from my normal routine for the last 25 years. I've never been a breakfast eater... Very rarely ate lunch. Being my own boss and working from home I was just too busy to notice.
I'd put on weight by being ravenous come 7-8pm and only a 12inch deep pan pizza would fill the hole...
