It is short, all the mud goes onto the engine and radiators. I'll be ordering one today and I need to setup a bot to bid on a belly pan in my colour that popped up. :)

I'm terrible for cleaning things so mine won't be super clean after a while :p

On another note, mine is definitely a K2 SV650. I have found these crash bobbins, would these be the ones to get?

If they are I'll get them now. Mine is an 03 but as tom_E said it's late registeration I believe.
Yep they're the ones.
Any sv owners have a fender extender fitted? That mudguard looks awfully short
Yep one of the first things everyone should do or else it's quite common for water to fill the front cylinders spark plug and drop you to one cylinder in the rain.

put a deposit down a Grom this weekend, 14 plate, mint, with very low mileage, should be delivered this week

added it to my bennets insurance (Honda Hornet), extra £50 for the year (which included the £32 admin fee) so not too bad at all

comes with a Yoshimura Rs9 carbon full exhaust system worth £499 <--- who would pay that much for an exhaust ? :D

already ordered some new mirrors and Metz Feelfree Wintec tyres as the stock Vee Rubbers are meant to be lethal

im looking into a tail tidy but not sure which ones will work with the Yoshi, do not want the indicators to fry.

wasnt my first choice of colour but thought it would be different

looking forward to it :)

I have some carb'd SV lower fairings laying around in my father in laws garage I'm looking to get rid of. They are black with some small cracks and the odd scrape but thats on the underside. I don't have the mounting brackets though. £50 if any of you are interested?

If you are I'll post some pics

Potentially mate, can you post some pictures?

@Tome_e, ordered the crash bobbins :D

Just seen one on fb 2015 with 278 miles for £2.5k luckily I have no interest in going back to a 125!

you can buy them brand new for £2799 or seen ive some places for £2495 cash only price (brand new 16 plate)

they are bringing out new model this year, few cosmetic differences, but no release date yet

Links broken mate.

I have no idea what a belly pan is, call me a noob if you wish. Still new to this :D

I have no idea how to share pictures from instagram on forums :(

The belly pan is sort of the small piece of fairing, right down in front of the oil cooler and covers up the exhaust down pipes and thats about it :p

Spent 3 hours cleaning my bike at the weekend. Hammered it down on the way to work this morning and likely to be raining a lot this week.

FFS!

Good job motorcycling is worth it :)

I was so happy last week, managed to get it looking spot on last weekend then no rain what so ever apart from a light shower on the way home on Friday.

That's the longest it's been clean in forever, this morning ruined that though.
