That was quick.
Very quick, was sent by UPS 24 express, was actually delivered at 8.45, I was just late posting.

Got back from triumph.
Me personally, I think the bike is a lot smoother and better mid range too. Still burbels on over run just not as much.
Clovis, would recommend the arrow map.
Not sure about decat downpipes. If you did, you would definitely need a full remap, which you will struggle unless you went down the power commander route as the ecu isn't easily accessed compared to older model street.I've just opened the package with the downpipes and realised they are the stock pipes, can you not get decat pipes for the street triple?
Cheers I'll look into getting it mapped.
Can't remap it your self with tune ecu, it's locked unfortunately.Anyone tried a Shorai battery? Supposedly they can sit for months without discharging too much, last ages & have 5 year warranty. They only weigh 1kg
If you're fiddling with maps, give TuneECU a try with a lonelec ECU cable. You can save off and load maps, so you could save off the Arrow one you paid for and compare it to stock which you should be able to get off the TuneECU site.

You won't need to decat it, just a slip on with no baffle/race baffle will be plenty. £35 for the arrow map, can vary in price at each dealer. After the remap, it does the reset adaptation so don't need to do that either.
Need to buy some washers for the bobbins, need to clean the swingarm a bit more, hooks get too close.
Very happy now, just need to buy a radiator guard and I'm fully finished with the mods.
Gasket, where at?
I took the old exhaust off, new one on, a good layer of exhaust paste for a good seal, and exhaust clamp. No leaks, job done.
You definitely need exhaust sealant as the exhaust clamp isn't enough
