Had a cracking day today. Rode up to Norfolk and then back down the coast into Suffolk, stopping to take a few drone pictures here and then. Tourist routes were busy but the back roads down here were, for the most part, pretty normal. Racked up 220 miles but I am now feeling severely dehydrated!

I think I'll stay off the bike today, sat in the house and I'm still too hot with the fan on, don't even want to think about putting leathers on now.

I do envy the people I see wearing shorts and a t-shirt when riding a scooter but im not stupid enough to do it myself.

I'm the same. After so many miles yesterday in the heat, in hindsight it was not a sensible move to rehydrate with a number of pints of cider! The thought of putting all the gear back on and getting stinking hot is not appealing.

Out from 9 until 4.30 today, 200 miles covered around the midlands and Wales. Probably lost half a stone in sweat and currently collapsed in front of a fan guzzling water like there's no tomorrow.

Great ride though, no way you could have out ridden the grip of even crap tires today considering the roads were melting in Wales :D New Racer gloves are now nicely broken in as well.

So have just put down a deposit on a bran new Kawasaki Z650 in white an green (don't have any photos at the moment) but couldn't be happier for a first bike :D

Lovely ride in this morning, unfortunately great conditions mean faster riding and more time spent in the oven that is my office :(

Not only do we have air con in our office, we're allowed to wear shorts :p:cool: it's lovely having some breeze down there :D

Back onto bikes, my VFR needs a new rear tyre (and the front will be getting changed too as it's horrible when leant over, I bloody hate bridgestone tyres!!) - has anyone run M7RR's or Rosso III's for a decent mileage?

They're the same price as angel GT's on Oponeo and I know Angel GT's are good in all weather and last a decent amount of miles, but I sort of fancy a change? They'll be used through winter too so good wet weather/cold weather grip is important.
