BLD repaired my Hornet when I got knocked off and also claimed my helmet against the other company even though I'm not covered for that 
. They also provided a hire bike without question. My only complaint is that they left the bike with a small hole in the radiator hose which I had to have repaired, but they did pay out the full repair bill without question.
It's a shame a seemingly (in my experience) decent company is gone.

I had an off recently, dealt with 4thdimension. I didn't enjoy my time with them... https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18724284 10/10 would not use again.

Most I've seen are rear only, as they take a picture of the red light as well as the car going through it. Some are also speed cameras.

How old is the streetview image though? if it's a few years they might have put one in since.
I've a code with 10% off when you spend £50+ on ghostbikes.com. I don't know whenever its a 1 use only, or if you can use it multiple times.
