Only 1 month until you can start your tests. :)

Yeah, I've 2 weeks off. Not really, as lots of assignments and still going to work. But, its not long now, I've pre-booked everything like 3 months in advance. Same school I did my CBT with, its the best out here.

A guy came from a different school whilst I did my CBT, one instructor was teaching him how to turn left, as he didn't know how to. lol

Thinking about buying a belly pan = http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/suzuki/sv_650_k3/03/picture/belly_pan_by_power_bronze_-_carbon_look/

I thought you were getting a colour coded one? I considered a carbon one but unless you're up close it just looks like you've stuck an unfinished one on unless your bike is black.

But I will have to wait till I go to Poland, my mate has a guy who is skilled, he colour matched paint for his bike perfectly. I guess its better to wait and save 45 quid :p

I thought carbon might look ok, but you can't really see if its carbon unless you're nearby the bike... just like you said so I'll skip carbon.

I'm terrible at painting things, I've tried before when I was making speaker stands for my project. The end effect was rubbish, ended up plasti dipping them. :p

Cloudy but nice and busy here at box hill. Some nice stuff out, a lot of dirty bikes though, you can tell summer isn't quite here yet. Couple of RSV4's, 3 HP4's (yes, 3! Common as muck they are :p) and the odd v-twin aprilia, nowt special though. Couple of 1290 superdukes dripping in carbon, mmmm :D

Also noticed that the front calipers on the s1000rr/1000r are the same as on the Tuono factory, 4 pad cast 2-piece brembos. If they're good enough for a 200bhp superbike... :D

Go to jawel paints, they will colour match you a spray can perfectly, they put a handheld scanner on the painted part, colour matched my frame perfectly

I don't know about the silver but the blue of mine is a 3 layer pearl colour and almost impossible to match without using the proper 3 layer stuff.

There're lots of parts available in your colour though, even in the 2nd hand market! :p

What textiles trousers, kevlar jeans or cargo trousers do you people use? I only have 2 pairs of RST Kevlar jeans, utterly crap...

http://www.hoodjeans.co.uk/ Love mine, so much so when I changed bike I splashed out for another pair because my old ones didn't have enough room in them for the sportier position.
