Guess its worthwhile heading back to them at the end of a floor and getting rid of any spare heart drops then.

Completed it a second time now. Judas with a triple charge shots and his Book of Belial. Against regular enemies you do a decent amount of damage with normal attacks but bosses... with the Book to amp up your damage I was killing bosses in ~5 attacks, including Mom (x2). Finished off with 7 hearts (which is impressive considering you start with 1) and was pretty overpowered for most of the game. Had a tense moment near the start when I had to clear out 4 rooms with 1/2 a heart before I came across some healing items.

Seems the ending video thing changes each time (up until 10 I guess). First time you get Judas' Fez, second time he finds a noose and hangs himself

Also.. Looks like I was wrong about the blood machines. Must have just been thinking about when you blow them up.

********, does this use flash?

Because as per, I use Ccleaner and it deletes my save file... I had the two characters unlocked. -_-

It kept doing it with Machinarium too, I excluded Flash to be deleted but the update must have reset the options. -_-

It doesn't use flash (afaik) but I noticed in one of the steam updates it mentioned something about save files getting wiped (and this had supposedly been fixed).

It's flash, and makes it's saves in the #SharedObjects folder (not far from the Machinarium save actually).

There's a few people complaining about CCleaner wiping saves on the Steam forums.

Really? I've only reached Moms Heart twice and both times I walked it. Could be because Mom is easier to reach and if you get unlucky with the random items you aren't all that powerful whereas if you reach the final boss you are most likely well equipped.

That or I just suck at Mom the first time so keep failing there and only reach the end if I'm overpowered

I just had a game where I got the dollar power up twice

Spent 90% of my time in the arcade and for the final battle I had 12 hearts (most of them blue, but heyho...).

Quite amusing.

Randomness really goes your way some times

Just tried 3 rounds as Cain... the first attempt was spectacular. I was killed in the first room I entered

Next 2 were nothing special, didn't make it through the caves. I just wasn't getting any power ups worth mentioning, only 1 HP Up over both plays and nothing that made my damage higher. I'll probably do 1 later and waltz through everything ><

Agreed, Gurdy sucks. Helped a great deal when I figured out that he has difficulty hitting you if you sit just below the centre of the screen on the edge but he still connects now and again. It made it all the sweeter when my Belial'd charged triple shot Judas slaughtered him in 2 or 3 attacks

Or e-mail in trust if it's a small file.
