Black Myth: Wukong

Hi I'm 12 and what is this?

I'm going to hold off putting more time into this until the black level raise is sorted out or a mod comes out to fix it. On OLED I'm too used to pure black levels so this is a bit of a distraction.

RDR2 and Outlaws will occupy time until then.

Can someone tell me if they ever release an option to disable monkey voice noises in combat so I can play it.
They've tied it to the sound effects, not dialogue volume controller.

headbutting creatures is more fun then worrying about black levels!

oh no I just caved and bought it and I am on OLED also, fingers crossed it doesn't annoy me too much, downloading now.

I pretty much spent most of my skill points like a fromSoft melee build. Which primarily focus on attack, focus point charge rate to do charged heavy attack more frequently, defence and stamina recharge.

I've had 1 crash so far, which occurred when loading chapter 2 but its been smooth so far.
Game runs at a decent 70+fps on a 3080 at 4k with no RTX with DLSS on Quality.
I got it running on my laptop with 4080 with DLSS on balanced + RTX on low + near max settings at again 70-90fps.
 
Did anyone who tried the benchmark find that it reflects real game performance?
I'm playing on PS5 and it runs pretty well and looks nice, but it looks absolutely gorgeous on PC so thinking of getting it for 2nd play through.

I can't really comment on the benchmark being a reflection but I would say there is slight improvement after installing the supported drivers. I was initially playing it on the 6th August driver on the 3080 in the morning, then installed the 20th August driver in the afternoon.
A better 1% lows and average fps overall but top end fps didn't change that much on the latest driver.
I have noticed a slight drop in performance in chapter 3.
Snow area, a lot of white to render so inevitable it would dip slightly.

I'd say the benchmark (prior release) was a good indication, it certainly isn't worse than that and if anything I'd say it runs slightly better.
