Black Pudding - yay or nay?

I've never had it raw, I dont think I could cope with that....sounds a bit like a bush tucker trial.

Stornoway is my favourite but I also like one made by a company called puddledub, their buffalo steak pie is pretty good also.

I doubt anyone here has eaten it raw. They may have eaten it as it comes from the butcher or shops but that is definitely not raw.

I had a sausage and Stornoway black pudding sandwich for breakfast today. Oh yeah.

I love it, and have eaten it raw, can have it sliced on a sarnie, good with ham and beetroot sarnie actually.

Properly raw? Really? You've eaten it before it's boiled as part of the process of it being made?

I like it to as it comes from the butcher but that's not raw.

Yeah I don't know any that aren't pre cooked.
