Smokers Package? Assuming this means it's been smoked in :(

Is there a definitive list of what the extras mean that I can refer to..

Thanks

Definitely not. I opted for the smokers pack in my 5 series, despite not smoking. Some cars if you delete the smokers pack, you lose the 12v socket and ashtray / coin bucket.

Yo guys

My mum is looking at purchasing a AUC X3 for around £25k in the next month or two. Before anyone says, no she doesn't want a 3 series estate, she has back problems and thus finds it difficult to get into and out of a lower down car. Test drove the Q5 and XC60 also but she prefers the X3.

We test drove a 15 plate m sport with pro nav yesterday and it was pretty nice, however had the sport suspension. Although it wasn't too bad I understand SE has a softer ride?
2.0D is ideal, but I noticed 3.0D comes up often for around this mark also. Dad is not keen on having 3x 3.0D cars in the house though especially as mum only uses it around town

Any must have options when buying it used? She definitely wants pro nav, I say xenons would be nice also and heated seats come standard. Anything else I am missing? IT looks very difficult to find an M sport with M sport suspension deletion or adaptive dampers for around £25k with the xenons and pro nav. The cars for £25k are usually 13/63 plate.

Also is there a difference in pro nav and pro media? Both have the larger screens? Some cars on AUC site say pro nav, some say pro media... I am confused
Thanks

anyone?

Service done. No issues despite my first main dealer experience. They didn't wash it as requested, didn't kerb it as hoped and gave me some old oil as asked.

Microfilters, air filter and oil change (no oil charge) for £331.

BMW i3 novelty worn off by end of day, brakes were absolutely terrible too - infact almost dangerously bad. Yes it picks up so quite and smooth and is fast but the M3 picks up as well and with more drama. This is where the big surprise really is because im comparing an M3 to a electric car. For its class and what it is against as a segment it would be ridiculous to those who come out of proper eco crap boxes, instant power (although it is limited at low speed to stop things braking )

People I work with wanted to hate it but saw its appeal, engineering is nice on it too but the front seatbelts being attached to the rear doors seats some comedy moments when you try to open the back doors with someone sat in the front seat. Don't see why the dash is so far back too as there is so much space between the driver and windscreen. Definitely see its a appeal as a city car, nips in gaps so quick and no need to warm it up. Is dangerously quite for pedestrians, I nearly ran over a BMW tech who didn't hear me in the car park.

Oh an it seems other drivers hate you for driving one :D

Electric cars are odd, people seem to want a 'look at me im green' so OEMs make them look different.

however the i8 looks like its eaten a 911 and the i3 looks like crash Renault espace. The carbon fibre tub and suicide doors are pretty cool though

They all dont, just no one notices the non-bonkers EVs

i3 is a special case anyway, they invested in carbon to allow a smaller cheaper battery from the lighter vehicle mass. Then gave massive freedom to the design, would be a waste to no capitalise.
