BMW and M Power Owners

Why are new cars styled for the eBay bargain buyer now?

What next, an option to come out of the factory on budget tyres with 120k already on the clock and no service history? :D

Got this week off work and decided I need a new car.
Popped into the local BMW dealership, and came out buying a 9 month old 430 M-Sport........and the wife was with me as well

Just picked up a 2005 E60 M5 - pics incoming soon.
Even got a friendly ‘that’s sick mate!’ from one of the ‘innit bruv’ gangsters of Wolverhampton when filling up on the way home.

Buckets of history, overall a very tidy car and looking forward to heading over to the ‘Ring when life is a little more normal.
:D

I've bought several cars from BMW main dealers and have never had a good experience. Cooper and Sytner being the case in point. Sytner have got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with and after recent dealings I'm never using them again.
Does anyone have good experiences with dealers and if so, which ones? I'm planning an X3M or possibly an M3 Touring in the next couple of years but can't deal with Cooper or Sytner, who are unfortunately local to me in a 30 ish mile radius.

I got my first ever new car from BMW Cheltenham.

I had no issues, not really sure what issues you could get really. It was all pretty painless, and their communication was very good throughout.

Dick Lovett Swindon were pretty decent on a remote purchase I made during lockdown

Worth mentioning this to be fair to them, my first main agent experience in some time.

North Oxford BMW - very good service recently with my X3 which required some recall work. The garage is around 20 miles away, so i expected some hassle and wasn't looking forward to having to use them - how wrong i was. On the day of the work, by 08:30 i had a new car delivered to my house, mine taken away. I then had an update call to say that it was in progress and on track at around midday. Then at around 17:00 my car was returned to the house, valeted in and out (it went in with around 6 months of countryside dirt all over it, inside and out, so actually quite a job), and the replacement taken away. Delivery guys very professional throughout.

I honestly didn't expect that level of service, credit where credit is due and you do not see many positive posts about BMW :)
