Does anyone know if an F10 has brake pad wear sensors or if it’s just purely based on mileage? Mine says I need to change the front brake pads in 50km but they look like they have plenty of life left to me.

Unless you've had a proper look it might not be wearing evenly or on the side you can't see.
There is one wear sensor at each end of the car that measures one side only.
do you have the bmw warranty? that driver's side headlamp fog will definitely put a potential buyer off, that's a thousand or two to replace via bmwRight, I gave the car a clean, dropped the price and took some new pics
I think the laser light is a near £2k job per light, and not accessible. It’s a bumper off job.
Seals going on £120 lights is one thing, especially if it’s accessible and you can clean it. But this has been designed to be replaced, not repaired - incredibly anti consumer behaviour.
Edit:
From BMW:
Irrespective of what the warranty terms are, here’s their own guidance.
I’m shocked that it’s not been dried out before taking the photos.do you have the bmw warranty? that driver's side headlamp fog will definitely put a potential buyer off, that's a thousand or two to replace via bmw

I find the Bilsteins great on my F20 M135i. I went with a set of B8 shocks and Birds B1 springs as i was concerned that the Eibach springs in the B12 kit were going to lower it too much (my drives at a funny angle so it can be easy to bottom out with anything lowered). It rides soo much better than the old adaptive shocks that were on itFinally got the Bilstein B12 kit and m performance bump stops fitted to my M140 today, wow what a difference straight away. It feels so much more stable on our crappy roads now!
I also didn't want to lower the car too much as it's my daily and I didn't want to start having issues with speed bumps and car parks etc. I had a read around before buying and saw people say you get barely any drop from the eibach springs (the drop they quote in the description is based on standard suspension, not the already lower M140 suspension). Happy to say there's barely any drop at all, maybe about 1CM if thatI find the Bilsteins great on my F20 M135i. Haven't you just bought this?Headlight on the BMW looking MUCH better.
In my very short ownership with the car, I must say - I have fallen in love with it. As an overall package, best car I've owned and I think I would choose it over the Porsche if I had to own one car.
It's only going because for 2 years I need to free up some monthly cash. Long term plan is to get into an M340i touring. Non LCI though - pre facelift is a much better package having had an LCI for a week.
