Day 3 of the 335i, I had a full tank of petrol when I had it Wednesday, i've done about 110miles in it, that's a mixture of town and M4 driving, with a mixture of sensible driving (6th gear and light throttle touches) and occasional booting it (the speed and noise is addictive).

Looked down at the fuel gauge as I got into work, its used just under a quarter of a tank, which for what i've been using it for is pretty good going for a car that weighs a bit and with 300bhp, I've worked out about 31-33mpg.

I know you really shouldn't be even be thinking about fuel consumption with a car like this but I thought that's really good, and its a 56 plate car aswell.

yeah that's what I used to get - though usually slightly less (28-29mpg) though that was with town and back roads rather than motorways.

bloody hell that is good, almost the same as my 330d! I'm going to London next wednesday so will give it a good run

What colour is your car? Or is the green tint a reflection and it's just saphire black? Looks quite nice, actually

It's Oxford Green II metallic. It's not a bad colour, a little bit too dark, but i'd much prefer a bluey coloured one anyone

September 2007 production onwards. Don't expect any real fuel economy difference.

Guy sounds like a bit of an idiot tbh.

On the power side of things, american market cars always feel strangled to me. Interior is where I think he seems to have some valid points though

Lovely ClubSport mate. Totally agree with EB being the nicest colour and it being the nicest shape. If I had a bit more patience and probably a higher budget I'd have waited for an EB M3 tbh but happy with CB Such a timeless shape too.

Nearly but the fact the warranty was double the price of the mechanically and electrically identical F10 meant I got no further than a test drive.

My passenger side mirror goes up but does not come down on my 330ci.

A bit more refined but slower than the 530d.
