I was next to an M6 on a roundabout yesterday and i must say, the exhausts sound awesome! Such a deep growl. I must admit, i did go a little moist after hearing it pull away.

In what way? I am sure that's how it was supplied new, I have known the car from new, it was a relatives car & cannot remember it ever being different, but am happy to be educated.

Outgoing M6? The v10 sounds amazing! New one doesn't half sound as meaty though, more a muffled "WAFFLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" or something weird like that.

It looked quite newish, not really sure which is the latest model. I just know it had an M6 badge and 2 huge twin exhausts.

It's quite easy to tell, the outgoing one is the one that has people vomiting in the street when they see it, can't understand why as I think it's the meanest looking one of the two!

BMW On-Demand don't have the old M6 or the new M6 avaliable for hire. I don't think i've ever seen the M6 available for hire old or new.

Is this too cheap?

I realise its not the M-sports but it has everything else although it doesn't look like it has full BMW service history, does that matter when getting the BMW warranty?

Non 'Sport' seats are a massive fail in my book. I'd rather have alcantara sport seats than leather standard seats.

In an ideal world, sure, but sadly BMW do Alcantara Sport Seats in the most bizarre way possible - you get horrible cloth centres, with the same nasty material on the doorcards, and only the bolsters and sides are actual alcantara. Bizarre.

Since everyone says the M-sports suspension are too harsh, do they do a SE with sports seats AND M-sports body kit?

Hasrhness is subjective. I find anything less than M tech suspension too soft. Drive both on the same road >>> Make decision.

It isn't harsh. If such a combo exists (I think it does, not sure) then it will be like finding a needle in a haystack.
