BMW and M Power Owners

I appreciate that this is not the Mini thread however figured I'd get a faster response here.

Been looking at new and used Mini's for my partner and got a quote for a new one just this weekend gone. On the quotation they've lumped a £495 delivery charge on top.

I've had one or two new cars in the past and I'm not sure if that cost was missed by myself, fed into the price or just somehow lost somewhere in the system.

Is it a reasonable charge to expect when buying new?

Thanks.

If you want to use Spotify on an Android phone in a 2010 Z4 what's the best solution? Will it work through bluetooth/iDrive or do you have to revert to the old school aux cable?

For reference the (relevant) options the car has are below:
6AA BMW TELESERVICES
6AB CONTROL TELESERVICES
6FL USB-/AUDIO INTERFACE
6NF EXT.CON.OF THE MUSIC PLAY.I.MOBILPH
6VC CONTROL COMBOX
609 NAVIGATION SYSTEM PROFESSIONAL
612 BMW ASSIST
615 EXTENDED BMW ONLINE INFORMATION
616 BMW ONLINE
620 VOICE INPUT SYSTEM
633 PREP.MOB. PH. BUSINESS BLUET.INTERF.
677 HIFI SYSTEM PROFESSIONAL
694 PREPARATION FOR CD CHANGER
698 AREA-CODE 2
7HP CONNECTIVITY PACKAGE II

That has 6VC combox so you can stream from Spotify via bluetooth and skip tracks, but you don't get the full functionality of the app.

Thanks, so did I, am very conscious that if I ever buy another one I'll never get one as good as that one. Replacement has already been purchased, thread incoming when I've got some good pics at some point soon but it's so obvious no one is going to be surprised :p

New meet planed soon then ? :p

What sort of budget am I looking at to get into a decent spec'd F10 520/525/530d auto with under 60,000 miles? What's the value of them likely to do over the next few months, if anything at all?

Define decent spec? £15k would have bought my old one, which had 50k, 19's, Pro Nav, Sport Seats, Visibility Package etc.

The values have come down quite a bit as the F10 has aged and the G30 has arrived over the horizon but most of the benefit of this is at the top of the market, where its now possible to buy 1 or 2 year old cars for the sort of money that bought 3 or 4 year old ones only a few years ago.

£15k is about what I'd want to spend. I'd like heated seats, the bigger screen, decent hifi, advanced BT and maybe visibility. I don't know much about the options. I'm not really bothered about the external looks (within reason), I just want a nice place to sit for 3 hours of the day.

Hi, I was wondering if the fount of all knowledge could help me decide if Enhanced Bluetooth with wireless charging S06NW was worthwhile. My wife and I have iPhones am I right in understanding that your able to have two phones connected. Is that the only real benefit? Just need to finalise the build! Thanks ~ Si

Lol it's not a Mustang. He said he wanted something that felt a lot more special than the E92 M3.

Some people will clearly be surprised :p

Lovely, that. My choice wouldn't be white but on the whole, lovely. Nice touch with the video. Seeing good things from BMW these days, shame I've had shoddy experiences with their sales teams in the past.
