Borderlands 2 release date confirmed ( Launch trailer also )

Yeh, Just been looking into stuff now. Screw trying to keep most of it a surprise. Its so close now anyways.

What is everyone else going to go with?

I am trying to decide between Maya and Zero!...though I like the idea of been able to heal with Maya. Maybe would be a good character for Co-Op? Opinions?
 
Also another quick thing. Anybody going to use a 360 pad (if they already can with their pc version) as I am in 2 minds. I would imagine that the menues/sorting gear ect would be far easier with mouse/keyboard...Hmmmmm
 
Sorry if I've missed this already but does anyone know where the preload is stored within the Steam directory? I need to move a copy of it to a second machine.
 
Wait is the release tomorrow, I keep forgetting?

Ah, will have to wait till next week to play, that is if I can tear myself away from GW2! :D

Pre-ordered it on getgamesgo, got the activation key and...

Only went and activated it while logged into my girlfriend's Steam account!

SUCH AN IDIOT! :(

Have contacted Steam to request a new activation key. Hope they understand!

VPN will probably be required to unlock and launch the game.

Login to VPN > unlock game > launch game > alt-tab > disconnect from VPN > play
