I wish people would stop calling it the VPN "trick", it isn't a trick it's just using a VPN.

Yes it works, it is also against the steam subscriber agreement.

13HRZ!!!!!!!!!!!! Arg. Still not sure what class to play.

I have tried to stay away from all the skill trees so most of it is new to me when I play the game. I am thinking some sort of Sniper class.
 
I dont know, And from what I have heard I am not sure its worth it. I live in the US so mine unlocks tonight. My understanding is if you do VPN then you can get your whole Steam Account blocked.

There is no logic in that. Either you go on the Borderlands 2 website and view the skill trees to have an idea as to what each characters capability is or you don't get to complain about being unsure of which class to pick :p

I want Zer0. But I know at least one person I'll probably coop with is also playing Zer0. Axtons turret does actually look pretty cool compared to Rolands.

Last time i played BL, we had 4 people playing that modeci guy (sniper and bloodwing bird thing lol) it actually worked quite well as the amount of damage we put out was quite easy to take anything on.

It would be nice to have some variety though :p

I can imagine it being pretty hilarious having 4 players with maxed out Bloodwing, dazing multiple targets. 4 Zer0's with deception spam would be equally as hilarious :D

Hahah exactly what i thought. Some people seriously have anger problems for people merely having a quesition.

Might try the VPN 'trick' ;) myself tonight also.

No, not mad, just a little inconsequential thing that bugs me. I'm sure there are many things that bug you to.

Anyway I answered your question fairly clearly, it works perfectly and always will, there is no real way Valve can stop people doing it beyond bans/suspensions.

I've done it before a few times but personally I won't risk it now that it is actually against the ToS, not with over 1K worth of games at stake.
