I have one of them, they are awesome in showdown!

Seems like they have just copy and pasted all the legendaries from BL2 though, would have liked to see something different :(

If only it was all of the legendaries, missing my three faves...conference call shorgun, infinity pistol and bee shield.

Wonder if any have been moved up to pearl status? As the pearls on BL2 were largely underwhelming.
 
I'm stuck on the final boss on TVHM. Need to complete it and get to 50 before I start doing quests. Already messed up by accepting final quest before I reached level 50 because the quest reward gun wrecks at 50.. dammit.

ATM my gear is terrible and I'm level 46, so I'm getting destroyed by the flying guardians he spawns.. add that to the second wind bug in this fight (killing flying aliens usually doesn't grant second wind) and it looks like I'm going to have to grind for about a million hours to level up -_-

My mate has a very similar gun to the conference call, so think they have just given it a different name.

I have never actually come across a pearl weapon in 80 hours of bl1, 400 hours of bl2 and 70 hours of bltps :eek:.


EDIT:

Has anyone managed to get the 'Elementalist' achievment yet? I have tried loads of times now using various Moxxie drinks to increase weapon swap speed and elemental effect chance and cant seem to get it. I'm almost certain i had the enemy corroded, on fire, frozen and shocked, but the cheev didn't pop :(. Anyone got an easy way to get it?

I have one similar to conference call, its just no where near as devastating.

Not missing much on pearls, best pearl is arguably one of the shotguns, it randomly adds ammo to the clip as you fire, so you may get 30 rounds from a 12 round clip :D

Just been back on BL2 to try finish up UTVH, ooooh how I miss the Sla-g-g-a (ocuks word filter at its finest!) SMG. I took out the BNK3R with that + a BEE in around 15 seconds.

1 shot killing bunker is my favourite pasttime :p
 
Just done my first playthrough, only got one legendary. Me and legendaries don't mix, never seem to get them no matter how much I farm bosses.

The RK5 fight was fun, really enjoyed that! Good use of the zero gravity feature in that part of the game.

Yeah i posted it earlier in the thread but no one seemed interested. It made my night when I stumbled upon it by accident, love that they put stuff like this in the game :).

Not quite as good as the Minecraft easter egg in BL2, but still very good.


BTW there is a vault symbol on one of the ledges and from there you can actually get up onto the walls and find a further secret room behind the chest room. It also allows you to bypass the enemies that spawn.
