I want to play as claptrap but I am probably going to go with Wilhelm just because of his drones which if they are anything like the turret in BL 2 they are a huge life saver

About 2 hours in with him, not really enjoying it, but I got told the start of the game is a bit slow anyway. Will give it more time, then consider starting again as someone else...

This is a mistake they make every Borderlands, the start is so damn slow. They don't seem to understand that you should make the start interesting! Like why not give you your class skill until 6? Makes the start such a drag.

The best advice I can give you is have patience. You will die a lot and it can get very very frustrating but it is also very rewarding especially when you get some great loot from a big boss that took you 3 hours to kill

Interesting, sounds like a MMO bullet sponge boss type thingy. Well I liked Serious Sam for unserious reasons, so let's see how this plays out. The RPG elements sound good.

Me and the GF have done it with our copies. They don't seem to care if you unlock legit local copies with VPNs, only if you abuse them to buy at international prices.
