Brazilian Grand Prix 2013, São Paulo - Race 19/19

This quali recap would make you think that Mercedes had been battling with Red Bull all season. Such a shame their race pace was pants and their race strategy shocking.

Not in the slightest

Ferrari always had mega money (ie even when they were mid-pack before MSc's arrival they were well beyond Williams's technical capacity right now)

It would take two or three years for Williams to even get the full team around them to compete with the big boys, and then they would probably need infrastructure / wind tunnel capacity etc changes.

Woudlnt be surprised if the amount of cash Ferrari get from their deal with their substantial deal with the FIA in regards to f1 even makes the Phillip Morris "sponsorship" relatively inconsequential.
