so fast the cpu is the bottleneck is all but demanding 4k
Mixed depending on usage case.
At 4K it’s leagues ahead in most things, lower res not so impressive (cpu limited?) imo but a huge jump for those of us who’ve been holding out on 1080ti and equivalents.
50 - 70% faster than 3090ti @ 4k
DLSS3 is really promising if widely implemented (more than doubling FPS)
CPU bound at 1440p with 7 series AMD CPUs its so fast
Cooler design is good and handles the load fine, (65°c @ 2750MHz average)
Power Draw is very similar to 3090ti around 420w on average @4k gaming
Can be power limited to 60% for 90% performance for 22% power saving, maxing around 350w
Really massive leap this generation, price reflects that though.
Edit: forgot to mention there isn't a way yet to limit frame rate with DLSS 3.0 enabled yet so potential issue with screen tearing with mega frame rates.

There was no FE 3090TI, there is no FE 3090TI,See with that price.. The 4090 Strix is :-
£1000 more than a FE 3090 when released.
£400 more than a FE 3090Ti when released. (the card we all laughed at hard even 3090 owners)
Give it a few more days and they will all be over £2.5k + ... The games begin again.
3090 TIs were all £2000 but there was no FE, it as an AIB only card.

interesting, TBH i never looked at them cause they were nuts, way too late in the cycle, but one of the Youtubers today said they were only AIB in his rant (think it was Jay2braincells). Another reason not to believe the YouTube crowd.

apparently not, guess I was misled by one of the youtubers today saying it was AIB only.
Happens, takes stones to admit you were wrong. The Youtube crowd are good for a lot of reasons but sometimes throw their personal gripes into videos which ends in mad rants full of inaccuracy.
