Same here. I'm guessing it's something to do with me paying for the line rental upfront for a year when I ordered. Will probably have to give them a call.

Not sure its that guys, I got bt infinity, errm, bad memory, 2 weeks ago, maybe 3 and it's just let me order online. We deffo paid for a year line rental upfront and it didn't mind at all. Just a quick check on the line then said confirm you agree with terms and conditions and we'll upgrade you within 3 working days.

Nice.

EDIT:- order tracking says it should be done by tomorrow midnight so I guess should be done between midnight and 4am Friday morning, nice.

Snap, just ordered, estimated 77.5/20, install 19th April!

About 50m from the cab, so hopefully I'll get some nice speeds and somewhat more reliable than the woefully poor ADSL service we receive today!

Just ordered should be active tomorrow Estimated speed of 80 down and 20 up

I currently get 37 down and 8 up so if it doubles I'll be very happy.

Just upgraded! I'm only 2 months into contract so renewing was a no-brainer. Speeds estimated at 58mb down, hopefully a little on the conservative side! Still would be another 20mb faster at no extra cost!

How did you order then? I thought you were getting the error?

i was getting the same error while trying to upgrade online. Called BT - 150 from my landline and they did it for me in 2 mins. upgrade day tomorrow

I guess if you took out your order recently the you have to wait for 27 days to elapse? No biggy

It's to do with paying the whole years line rental up front. I'm at work, gonna call BT on my break.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Anyone who paid the whole year upfront is having the 27 day line rental issue with the online upgrade form.
