300Mb/s is FTTP.
If the track is half-decent, it will set the private & DHT flags to disabled. The user shouldn't have to do anything.
Good way to get ratio up is by grabbing a few new freeleech torrents fyi.

Deluge is more aggressive, without any settings. On my seedbox deluge will give out 60MB/s-90MB/s, uTorrent I rarely see above 15MB/s even on TPB.
You can disable LSD in the settings of Deluge too. All it does is look for local peers on your own network, which I highly doubt someone on your own home network is seeding the torrent you want![]()
