Is it easy to save up money when training?

Id like to somehow improve my financial situation and use the cheap accommodation and food to my advantage.

Do you find yourself spending much money at all?

It was meant to be easier after we left, one night apparently. If you did 3 nights then people have been lying to me!

You have a train line 20yards from the front gate which goes to wolvs/birmingham/shrews etc

use it

Not really, we're still nowhere near far enough through the course to have worked that out I don't think.

At the moment I'm thinking Leeming or Corsham.

You will most proberly get TCW if you put it down. HOWEVER think about going to a MOB (main operating base) because they will not be around for much longer for us. Something like 40% of the trade will be TCW. So if you go to a MOB (such as marham/high wycombe/brize etc) you will get loads of experience before you go TCW =]

If it's the case that it'll all be TCW afterwards then what would be the point in gaining experience in something else?

I think this, possibly comcen and Ground radio is were our trade is going now.

As far as i know, waddington has gone civi and they have lost the it workshop/commcen/i-hub etc

Clocking off at 3pm = win!

Passed all my drills and tests this week with 100%.

Got an ROI on wednesday though :\ I had what was best described as a smudge on my respirator lense. Some C stream Corporal came and helped with inspection and pretty much failed every one he checked.

There was about 20 overall with an ROI on wednesday, 16 of them came from this C stream Corporal.

And thats without travel time due to being on a course.....

Whats ROI? Never heard that one...
