Right, I think I have decided to just stuff it and see what happens with either of them. I will probably see the lass from work on Saturday and the MILF on Sunday. And see what happens from there.

Both have their drawbacks. "Milf" has 3 kids, 26 year old has ex-bf still around which could turn into a nightmare. However, "milf" with 3 kids = ***** like a bucket!!

If not... make it clear that you are the alpha then colleague all the way.
