Ahh I misread which CPU you had, so for 16 cores I guess your results are good although if a test fails it is due to instability and likely caused by manual BIOS settings. The tool isn't 100% accurate obviously, it's just a "best endeavours" based on the limited testing it performs and is no substitute for manual tweaking.
I had to set it back to stock to make it work. The tool seems to apply PPT limits based on processor model, for the 5950x its 120w, as long as it goes above that it stops any tests. I had manual PBO settings that allowed the 5950x to pull 260w
Changing back to stock with the cooler weather around here made me realise how much temps change between stock and overclocked, its massive. Running cinebench with PBO manual settings = 80c, running cinebench with stock defaults = 45 to 50c
The all core clocks for a stock 5950x is pathetic though thats why I can justify staying stock, it runs at just 3.75ghz in cinebench, but with manual PBO it runs between 4.35 and 4.5ghz
