Would be different if they actually had to look for targets instead of everyone appearing as a red triangle and getting raped .0002 seconds afterwards. Its amazingly overpowered to say the least =/
 
Just bought this through Steam but already fed up of waiting for the download. If I go get a copy of the game files from a friend's Steam folder and copy into mine, will it work?
 
Here's another example of an overpowered killstreak reward, the death machine. This is me getting 13 kills with it in TDM. (You can also see my leet noob tubing skills as well as calling in a napalm airstrike on myself :p)

Yes, it will work.

Copy the related GCF files from the SteamApps folder, and then the Black Ops folder from within SteamApps\Common.

Job done.

lol.. the death machine! that was my punishment after annoying thorn with my noobtubing :D
 
Hopefully treyarch sort out the mouse smoothing they got going on. Bout time devs stop giving us consoles ports with lack of 1:1 mouse. 2010 and we have to put up with shoddy ports still.

Is that what MP is usualy like? I'm still undecided if I should get the game for the MP, but so far a lot of the vids I've seen seem to be rushing around like headless chikens, no teamwork, spray and pray. Or do I just happen to be watching the crap vids? if so anyone have any links that show off the great/fun aspects of the MP side of this game?
 
Hmmm dunno if im being a massive noob but ive reached level 50 and earnt XP towards the next level yet stuck at 50. Do you have to do something to progress further? :confused:
