Same, ordered from the river but the postage is apparently mega slow for free, unlike "1st class" which costs more. suppose it was the cheapest now though.

depends where you placed your order from. some places deliver the day of release and others deliver the day before.

They say that orders "should" arrive on the 9th. It's in their best interests to get to you for then so I would be confident that it'll arrive.

Edit: For those who definitely want the PC version I would go for a pre-order rather than hoping for a price war on the 8th. Price wars are generally reserved for console games as retailers get higher markups for them.

Here's the most interesting part of the report from the BBFC after they rated the game. If your really stupid and don't like minor spoilers they don't read the text below.

More powerful weapons can also cause dismemberment with resultant gory detail and enemies can be set on fire. Although dead bodies can sometimes be used as shields against enemy attacks there is no opportunity to inflict post-mortem damage on downed victims.
