so why do they offer bigger teams for unranked servers? i dont get it.

I watched the 1hour multiplayer video, and it looks like they have done a few interesting things.
I would have bought this in an instant if the teams wernt caped to 6vs6 etc...
That was the main reason I didnt like MW2. I wonder if the dedicated servers, can remove this restriction??

there not capped to 12 there are twenty four man servers

Looks like it on this occasion. Although it has been known for them to change the time at the final hour.
Getting rather excited about this game now. I've not really looked at any game play vids or read up on much but im going to over the next few days. Ive had every cod game since release and play cod on the PC with the same lot since the original. We are like a small COD family

im unsure about the reporting a cheat feature, how will you be able to look at thousands of reports? and what do you have inplace for bogus reports?

There are all sorts of secret magical things happening behind the scenes to track cheaters.
hmmm it sounds good but i wonder how good this will be and if its works could be very good . anything that works better than the current pb system or whatever is a big tick in my book.

Same thing happened with MW2, digital purchases were unlocked a day later so as not to upset the retailers.

Where's it say that? On the product page it says midnight on Tuesday 9th.
Just realised you are presumably referring to the Steam ad which says '10.11.9' - for some reason they have put the date back to front - 10 is the year, not the day
Preordered mine at a well-known high street game store. I've no idea what price it is, but I have a voucher
The guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what BO was or when it was coming out...
The guys in the high street store you speak of (or it's counterpart), don't know the prices of the pre-orders. They MAY find out around 17:00 the day before the launch. Baffles me!
