I'm still having major grief with this :/

I don't even bother with the on line MP at the moment, SP crashes before I even get past the reels of film so I haven't even started the SP yet :/

I'm making do with playing a really bad lag version of the combat training, game starts and everything is running smooth as till about 20 -30 seconds in and it lags like a bitch :mad:

I was thinking it was my oldish system and gfx at first but it runs fine as soon as the round starts, I also managed to have one round on MP that ran sweet as and levelled up to a mighty 4 in half a round :D

I've tried the conifig tweaks posted earlier in the thread and nothing, still crap :(

I'm gonna give it another week of tweaking and messing about and then it's going in the MM.

Doesn't he realise he'd be much better off with an M60 with extended mags? :D

Using the MP5 with a WH/Aimbot really does show him up to be a complete and utter numpty.
 
I don't understand cheaters to be honest. It says allot about the person IMO. I don't want to get all philosophical about it, but if you're cheating, what's the point? What I love is that with blackops, you can check with relative ease. It got to the point that in MW2 you started to question every dodgy shot, and with perks like UAV and FMJ it was often difficult to tell. Now if I'm curious I just check the recording.
 
I used to get a good hour or so of gaming in before it crashed to 'not responding' but tonight it crashes in the server browser before I can even get in-game! I thought those of you warning about Treyarch pre-release were being a bit harsh but it would appear that you were right. Totally unacceptable.:eek:

The thing that makes me laugh is that he's actually trying to play properly while also having the most obvious aimbot ever. Ducking out the way of shots looking around, etc.

It still is dodgy and it was in MW too. UAV could be kept up almost 24/7 in MW, Spy Planes are pretty easy too if people are using it over RC. Only real way to know is if you're using Ghost Pro and a Silencer so you won't show up on anything, not even motion sensors.
 
I was playing hardcore demolition the whole night last night. One thing that i like about black ops is the weapons and customisations. I added a scope and silencer to the m14 with two secondary perk. It gives the guns that bit more longevity when you can add two secondary like that.

on cheaters, i think that the level of game play is very high on multiplayer games and there is no ultra high level of skill out there. You get noob, average (which kills noob big time) then good players. but there is no one that is going to get 60-2. If someone is getting kill streak after kill streak and does not die, chance are he is cheating. depending on the game type. but if everyone else is about 13-10 and one guy is no 50-2 then you know he is cheating.

It can happen where a good player gets 30 or 40 to under 5 deaths. But then you will find the rest of the players will have close scores as well. imo

Managed to hit top twice last night with a nice 15/3 ratio and the rest of the night, i was hitting the top 3. This game is really growing on me.

I can pull of 60+ score, In a demo game I got over 120 kills with very few deaths.

Well the servers that i play on i find the players are good and it is kind of tough game for everyone. I am sure there are some servers that will be filled with noobs, but to get 60-2 on an average ranked server and the next best score is 40-30 or 40-20, i am just highly suspect of it. Especially when we can see how easy it is too cheat with wall cheats and aim cheats.
 
The only map i've seen a high score, like 30+ kills and low deaths is Nuketown and i only play on Team Deathmatch.
