Gutted just received my H100 and it has no liquid in it, it's all soaked into the box and packaging![]()
bad luck, but rather the packaging than your PC!![]()
So many reports of H100 refurbs turning up leaking. Getting kinda worried at how good these refurbs actually are now.![]()
Mine has been fine, Tested it for 2 hours upon receiving it and been in my PC ever since. Not one problem with it at all. I have also noticed a few people saying Corsair upgraded them to a new h100i after such incidents happening.
Having dealt with Corsair before I would say they are worth it. Corsair will make it right.
Guys, update on the warranty front.
If you have a picture with the 1 year warranty sticker on your box and proof of purchase from OCUK then the 1 year warranty is going to be honored.
As per below thread:
http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=670166&posted=1#post670166
I had the 1 year warranty sticker on my cellophane but have no picture of it on the sealed box, I do still have the cellophane with the sticker inside the H100 box so should expect a full 1 year warranty.
Would be nice if rjkoneill could get some official clarity on this for us, pls - would probably solve issues if we need to RMA in the future.
I did state that I had a 1 year on the cellophane and 90 day on the box, gave him a picture of it, he sent it upstairs to whomever and they have confirmed they will honor the 1 year if you got the 1 year sticker.
RMA as above, you'd need a picture of the sticker with the box, or the cellophane next to it, and proof of purchase from OCUK and they will honor it.
You can also link that corsair forum post too from their employee.
Also, NO STICKER - ONLY 90 DAY WARRANTY
The first thing I did was to take a photo of the 1 year sticker on the celophane before opening it up. Had my invoice next to it also for good measure.![]()
