
Second 120kg needed pressing back out because it bounced, indicating 125/130kg is there with a bit of practise...
Happy with that weight, however! 
Will take it easy next week and see how it goes.Because I don't usually know what half your exercises are I started to google BIZENTRIZE, then it clicked...

Yes - wasn't sure about catching it (why would anybody want to ditch 120kg onto their shoulders?) and it was just as heavy as I anticipated...![]()
