If they keep you motivated and going forward then they're worth it. Most of the supplements I use and/or recommend cost pennies. Taurine and creatine are what £5 for 100g of each? Can't hurt can it?

How many people do you know go out and blow £40 on a tub of Maximuscle protein or similar that will last 2 weeks and they believe all the marketing BS? What do they think this stuff can really do?
 
I've only been going to the gym for a month at most, and I've only just started to get really focussed in to it.

I'll leave it for anothr 6 months and see if I hit this plateau, or how my gains are. I've noticed a gain already so I'm pretty happy at the moment.

I always mixed my creatine with lucozade energy or sport. Im starting cyclone from maximuscle next week i'll use lucozade energy or sport with that :).
 
Never tried it before i'll keep you guys posted if you like see how i get on. My friend plays rugby for littlehampton and he uses some of there products like viper extreme and he says there stuff is pretty **** hot.

For sure, It's the price tag that baffles me too. I stick to the essentials, and those essentials are cheap.
 
Can creatine help weight loss? Creatine can be taken before and after a training session however, is it needed for a jog or a sprint?
