err the layouts etc are fine it's the maps are very much smaller then they should be I felt that cz had the best maps and I would hardly call them remakes when they are using the same map file from source and just editing it
I'm not sure they are any bigger or smaller, I guess I'll have to fire up CZ & have a look it has been a while
I quite enjoyed CS:GO over the weekend, wanted to let a few of the bugs and problems which were obviously going to exist at the start get sorted and check out some reviews but think it has reawakened my love of CS... esp. as I got a few kills and didn't end up 1 for 9 or whatever like the last time I played CS:Source
Definitely needs a bit of work in a few places but we know this is going to continue to be improved month by month. Some new maps for the standard game would go down a treat as great as Dust, Italy etc. are we need a bit more variety but overall for a tenner I can't complain.

Brought it this morning off steam worst fps ive played, nearly every death feels like there using chams hack or aim bot.
3 times in 3 different games a lone ive been 360 head shot from the middle of differents maps, this is one game il be asking for my cash back.

so you want a refund because you aren't good at a fps game that takes skill?
CS has a notoriously savage learning curve for new players. I haven't experienced any dodgy play and I've racked up quite a few hours already.
Go play some 1.6, that's a game ravaged by cheaters.

I played quite a bit over the weekend & did not find this to be the case at all, in fact most of the time when I died it was generally because I'd made a silly mistake that I got punished for.
You should perhaps give the game a chance on a few different servers if you are still rubbish may be it's because...you know...er...well... you are rubbish & that the game is not full of hackers just better players...I know it's far fetched but you never know it could be you

I bought it yesterday and i'm really enjoying it so far. I loved CS:S but was never very good, can safely say the same about this. Such a steep skill curve compared to the likes of CoD which is what i've been used to playing over the last couple of years.
All my deaths over the weekend were attributable to my lack of skill, the only game with a worse learning curve is EVE (but thankfully I know how to play that... well, a little bit).
I didn't see anything I could mark down as cheating, no one on the servers I visited were complaining either, am sure plenty is going on but hopefully it is in the minority.
People have to be pretty stupid to cheat on a game using Steam, don't they boot you out of your whole account and you lose all your games? I've got about 150 in Steam and I'd never risk all that for a few kills.

They are probably running the server with a ping that low & honestly with speeds now days IMO it really does not make that much difference not like in the old days of dial up.
What most of you are saying is true it's probably because he isn't very good. However there are definitely already hacks about on GO which is annoying. Go on any deathmatch server and you'll see. Also youtube cs go hacks, there are already some available which really does sadden me.
It is sad but I can only say that I really did not see anything that could be seen as hacking or exploiting while playing or spectating this weekend, Any game with a competitive multi-player mode is going to suffer hackers at some point during it's life cycle, the sad losers will infect anything given half a chance.

If you are you live in a dream world, straight after the crap games i had i searched for hacks for this game............there's loads an best of it most of them work!
So don't try an come back with the skill crap!
Played CSS for years so don't give me the rubbish of learning curve this is no different from the original apart from the graphics.
A for not getting me cash back i couldn't! but i got credit back
so now tell me theres nothing wrong with this game! joggon
