I monitor frame rate and it definitely stays flat at 144hz with v-sync on. Still my questions stays there that if v-sync at this high refresh rate results in an input lag?
No thanks, to be fair I would rather not play at all than play on low settings
I thought it was the norm to play on low settings???
Amd here playing on low settings and no trouble so far. just had a match and 2 team mates where having disconnect issues.
seems a bit random at the moment.
There's not that much difference at all between low and high in all honesty.
The way Vsync works inherently introduces input lag. Turn it off![]()
Input lag will be very hard to notice.. The issue with csgo and capping frame rate is you effect your latency hit reg etc
The way source engine updates packets to server and players is based on frame rate and connection.. So playing against someone running 300fps vs 144fps will effect you..
Out of curiosity, what type of arm positioning do you guys use?
I'm currently using whole forearm on desk for my mouse arm + my wrist on the desk for keyboard.
I have been trying out just wrist on desk and elbow on chair although i need to change sens slightly.
Curious what you guys use!
Can anyone advise please on this

I don't see a buy button? It says "play through June 17" do they mean released June 17?
Racked up over 3K hours of CS but not really played much now for a number of years.
The thought of some co-op might be good fun though. Is the co-op Vs CPU?
Log in CS:GO and buy it from the main menu. You can buy it now and play the operation until June 17.

no nvidia card so will try bandicam Thankslol well done. send me invite just in case Im not afk if you need one more in a lobby.
For recording try bandicam because its pretty low load and you can upload it straight to youtube though you might want to run it through movie maker if bandwidth is an issue.
I think the very best might be shadowplay for nvidia maybe as it'll pickup the past few mins in retrospect
hey guys decided to start a youtube channel so would appreciate it if you would take a look.
the vids may not apply to most of you guys at the min because im doing a series for newer players on how to improve.

Um couple of points for your settings vid, you should use fullscreen setting with brightness at 1.6. Atm you are using windowed which is inherently laggy. Also NEVER use fxaa and if you can keep 300fps+ you "can" use MSAA but I wouldn't really suggest it unless you get a min fps of 300. I personally don't use it.
