Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC expansion

Ah, I was much closer to the end of the DLC that I thought - Just finished it after another couple of hours! I went with the "Send Songbird into Space and Kill Reed" ending and the "talk" with Songbird on the train went exactly as I'd thought it would, as did the one with with Reed - really enjoyed the story and most definitely got my monies worth so far.

Next up is to load my save from the "who do I side with - So Mi or Reed - in the Kurt Hansen" mission and see what the other outcomes look like if I'd chosen differently but either way I think the ending will still very much be in the "morally grey" area, just like the main game.

Any one playing this via GOG?

I just purchased the DLC via GOG, currently installing the base game but I do not see the DLC anywhere in my account to install or download.

I can see the purchase but it is not in my library and the download for the base game is 74Gb which I think is just the base game.

Is it the offline installer 2.0_Phl I want to install the DLC?

I didn't have to install anything extra. My Cyberpunk folder is only 76.8 GB. Once you've installed the game right click on it in GOG Galaxy, Manage Installation, Configure and then under the DLC tab it should be listed there. You can also try doing a verify/repair if it doesn't show up.

You'll know it's installed because when you get to the game's main menu it will thank you for buying the expansion. Also, if you load a save where you've progressed enough in the game to trigger it you'll get a phone call from Songbird which starts the DLC.

Edit: I've just checked and i have a 10 part Phantom Liberty DLC installer in my account. Not sure what's going on in your case.

Ok thanks I'll give it a go tomorrow.

The GOG client is rubbish.

If you get too close to the NPC you are talking to in Dog Town, they seem to become The Invisible Man:

Unlike Starfield though, nobody has started to be beamed up through the roof yet, and all sidekicks remain by your side at all times instead of wandering off into the land of oz:D

Also seeing loads of comments on forums and groups the last day or two of people just not using path tracing, even people n 4090s, they favour DLAA claiming that it's better than path tracing... Which makes me wince every time I see such comments/views because they are outright wrong. What is actually wrong with people lol...

It looks like the pinnacle turning point is paramount to getting this deck and loadout, I am so glad I made the choice I did for that, cannot wait as it looks like the story now gets even more thrilling

I won't state the name so not to spoil anything, but a certain boss pretty far in, I didn't have powerful guns, and i just stayed pretty much in the same 1-2 places when the boss occasionally moved and just tucked in and out chipping away at them, and the same throughout the game, so I'd say CP's AI is very dumb, love the game but in no way is it as good AI wise as other games.

Spoiler warning but this was also fun for a bit just running around in circles until he eventually manages to grab you lol. Sadly you can't do this the whole fight, but bit of lols while it lasts.

See if you'd had the Dank Saber, he'd be dead already!

Wait does that mean I'm further ahead than you then? Bar a few side missions I've only done the main story, IIRC 13hours 24mins in.

More than likely, I have a lot of eddies saved from side missions now and also just exploring looting stuff. My Edgrunner build is coming along nicely:

This save has 50 hours clocked now, about 15 of those are of update 2.0 for reference, the rest since Phantom Liberty came out.

Dayum. I think I have not got to 10 hours even yet.

Done 5 gigs and at the bit where alba gets back to you after a while.
