Highlight was definitely Cernanasaurus Rex and my mega crit to kill the giant (then spitting his severed head off Hendel to cause 4 damage

Eriden: the sensible one engaging when he has to and healing everyone doing stupid ****.
Owain: hitting things and healing when eriden is not around.
Hendel: SPIKY HUG ... what did you say?
Wiltix: running into bad situations, asking for help.
Cernan: doing sweet FA.

Sounds like a blast. I started DMing a group through Lost Mines. Did several weeks of work to get the whole DM thing set up and it fizzled out after the first session. Sigh.

If you are willing to DM you will find a group easy enough. Being Manchester should be even easier for you.

We had our first in game death last night, in a adventure @Shamikebab kept telling us was too easy.

Agro room of enemies, ditch all the enemies on healer. Blinking cowardly barbarian! Owain was decent as well unlike you and blinking Hendel!

Owain moved full movement in order to maximise crowd control with Turn Undead. On his next turn, on attempting to move out of the position he got killed (or at least to the point where he couldn't be healed/decursed).

At least the crowd control worked so it wasn't entirely wasted effort!

Edit: Owain's replacement has a lot less utility to offer the party though...
