Indeed, correct me if i'm wrong... But did DG just live on roofs on Namalsk and shoot down, some say he was too scared to come face to face!!

But then again he only kills newbie and plant weapons on them. His arguments will always be invalid. :D

LOL good point, I never played him on Nam only Tav but I did hear when I used to play Tav on MGT that he was a rooftop stalker on Nam.

There is a group of 12 I play with from time to time, I think I might bring them over to Marker's server one night and go hunting. The only bad thing is TS get's a bit rowdy and confusing sometimes, was less so in the mod as you could find servers with nametags but none of that on here.
 
good more to kill :) big groups are easier than small ones because often its a nightmare to get everyone to move as a unit or do things right one or two shoot and then panic ensues :D

Yeap anything about 5-6 and it gets a little silly on comms and no one knows what is going on.

All the Electro newbies have just PM'd. They're scared mate.... Real scared! They're currently frantically searching for some bats and axes...... Oh wait they've just been shot and killed.... Oh hang on, one just said an M4 has been dropped next to them and can hear screenshots being taken??!?!? Sure your not playing now?

Ran around for a few hours on OcUK server last night with a friend, headed north to stary sobor, literally 0 loot on the way and in navy and starry sobor. Why is that?

Loot only spawns on a restart atm same as zeds, so some other mob or mobs got to it before you did :(

Thank god for the last one. Thats my biggest issue with dayz atm, hope this fix works!

now if they could sort out respawning loot, zombies, cooking and hunting ill be happy as Larry! Though i'll probably never set foot outside of the woods in my dayz life again...

True but if you have people on overwatch, in this case with 12x scope moisins, you would die even if you killed a lot of us ;)

As for the patch...why can't they make some bikey2's so people are forced to have their pbo files on?!
 
Chaps on the official forums have said placing items within items (backpacks within backpacks within backpacks etc.) causes massive server desync and will eventually crash the server.
 
Mate of mine bought me this for Christmas and I started playing it yesterday. Had huge issues connecting to servers at first, kept getting 'Waiting on Host' but a router re-start fixed the problem. Had loads of fun last night but I still don't know what i'm doing apart from trying to survive. just hopped off after about an hour and a half and managed to find a load of goodies in a small town by the sea. game looks good but i've had to turn some stuff down like shadows to medium and clouds to low with everything else being very high. Performance seem for the most part (60+ FPS) but it sometimes starts stuttering and lagging for no reason though it is only for a few seconds. Still need to see what all the hype is about though.
