A pity they couldn't air both parts of the pilot together, methinks the show would have gotten a far better initial reception if it had aired as intended.
 
I don't get all the love for Sara, since she first appeared in Arrow i have always found her ugly and annoying with constant duck face. Her sister maybe a hot mess but at least she proper fit.

You are crazy, she is smoking imo. She is hotter than Laurel.

If your talking about ugly hawk horse girl gets my vote. She should not speak or smile in fact wear she should wear a mask all the time. How on earth did she get casted ?? :confused:
 
She is hot but looks weird when she speaks. She also doesn't feel like the same character in this as she did in Arrow, they've given her a completely different personality.

I like Katy Lotz(No pun intended) but she is no way hotter than Katie Cassidy IMO.

Katy Lotz = Girl Next Door Cute and Hot. Apparently she is a REALLY nice person.

Katie Cassidy = Hot Girl and Probably crazy as well but waaaay more attractive in a conventional way.
 
Watched second episode of this and jury is still out for me.

I don't really have any allegiance to the characters and for the likes of Sara and Palmer, they seem to have even less presence than they did when they were in Arrow.

My missus has given up on this already and I'm leaning this way myself.
 
It's going to take a few eps to get into it's groove, we had all this when Flash started and everyone was up in arms about how light and fluffy it was compared to Arrow.

I agree at the moment it's rather cheesy, the giant timer strapped to a nuke, people firing guns to bid (because, incase you didn't notice, these people are evil), and all the force fed 'OMG the timeline' comments.

But when it settles down and we start getting into the plotline proper, it could sort itself out nicely.

I'll hold on a verdict til we hit mid season.

Totally agree, Sara annoyed me from day one.

I would think the second half of the pilot is going to make this a lot more clear.

Good question, was wondering the same! Do they come back as an adult? As a baby born to someone? An adult with false memories of their 'current life' as surely they'd notice they don't know anything about their past? :P

It better explain it.
 
The suggestion is that they always find each other when they reincarnate suggesting that they need to be roughly the same age each time. So maybe the 3 of them are tied together so they will only reincarnate once all of them are dead.

So far though I agree with most of you, I can't say I am loving this series but many shows take a handful of episodes to find their feet so I will stick with it for now.
 
IMDb has him listed as in the same amount of episodes as everyone else. If they're correct then they'll just pop forward a few years and pick up his next incarnation.
 
enjoy this as a bit of pap tv, not very deep and plot holes a mile wide, but hot chicks and ass kicking, passes 40 minutes nicely
 
Methinks the writers for this shared universe need to get their **** together.

Literally 24 hours after Arrow explains that Sara is fixed and Thea wasn't because of the ritual Constantine performed (although no explanation is given why he doesn't just do it again, pretty sure he wouldn't mind Ollie owing him a favour) this has Sara at her blood lust fueled finest (and bearing in mind the way that unfolded on Arrow we can't even write it off as a pre-ritual Sara).

One thing they definitely improved on is firestorm. Much better costume and effects. The arrow version was a bit poor. Pity he doesn't transmute matter rather than be the human torch.
